4–8 years in store or warehouse
management (preferably in
electrical or solar industry)

Role Overview:
As a Store In-Charge, you will manage the complete
store and inventory operations—ensuring proper
material receipt, storage, issue, traceability, and control
to support smooth production and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify materials with PO, Invoice, and Delivery Challan.
Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection and GRN creation.
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, components, and consumables.
Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock audits.
Issue materials to production as per MRS and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Record all transactions in ERP/Tally/Excel systems.
Maintain 5S, safety, and fire compliance in store areas.
Coordinate with Purchase and Production teams for material flow.
