Role Overview:
As a Production Manager, you will lead and control the solar inverter assembly line operations—ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, manpower efficiency, and on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules as per order priorities.
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower availability for continuous production.
- Monitor assembly efficiency, eliminate process bottlenecks, and maintain real-time data.
- Ensure all processes follow approved SOPs, QA checklists, and BIS/ISO/CE standards.
- Analyze rework, rejections, and implement CAPA for improvements.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Maintenance, and Dispatch for line efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and manage technicians, operators, and helpers.
- Maintain 5S, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
- Submit daily production and performance reports to management.
