Role Overview:
Responsible for managing procurement processes,
sourcing vendors, negotiating costs, maintaining records,
and ensuring the timely availability of required materials.
Acts as the key link between suppliers and internal
departments to optimise cost and efficiency

Vendor sourcing & negotiation
ERP/Tally/MS Excel proficiency
Cost analysis & market research
Strong communication & coordination
Inventory monitoring & documentation accuracy
Knowledge of procurement compliance & quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and finalise vendors/suppliers.
Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and credit arrangements.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Track inventory levels, initiate replenishment, and avoid stockouts.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely vendor payments.
Ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
Achieve cost savings through effective procurement strategies.
Maintain compliance with company policies and quality benchmarks.
